SUMMARY:Addressing gender-based violence in academia using the 7P framework [in Czech]
DESCRIPTION:Úvodní školení o genderově podmíněném násilí v akademickém prostředí a model 7P\n \n \núterý 4. února 2025\, 10.00 – 15.30 středoevropského času\nFilozofická fakulta Univerzity Komenského v Bratislavě\, Slovensko\n \n \nJazyk školení: Česky\n  \n			\n				Registrační formulář\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Školení se věnuje problematice genderově podmíněného násilí v akademickém prostředí a jeho řešení za pomoci tzv. modelu 7P vyvinutého v rámci projektu UniSAFE\, který se zaměřuje na oblasti prevalence\, prevence\, pomoci\, postihu\, poskytování služeb\, partnerství a předpisů. Účastnictvo se seznámí se základní terminologií a statistikami\, a získá přehled o hlavních politických rámcích a prioritách EU zaměřených na řešení genderově podmíněného násilí ve vysokém školství a výzkumu. Dále se seznámí s konkrétními kroky a funkčními postupy v oblasti prevence a řešení\, které již byly v jiných evropských institucích zavedeny.  \nPřed samotným školením doporučujeme účastnictvu\, aby se seznámilo s relevantními předpisy ve svých institucích. \nCíle školení: \n\nPorozumět pojmům souvisejícím s genderově podmíněným násilím a pochopit jeho dopad v akademickém prostředí. \nSeznámit se s výskytem genderově podmíněného násilí v akademickém prostředí a poukázat na jeho specifické rysy. \nPorozumět tzv. modelu 7P projektu UniSAFE (prevalence\, prevence\, pomoc\, postih\, poskytování služeb\, partnerství a politika)\, který představuje komplexní přístup k řešení genderově podmíněného násilí na vysokoškolských a ve výzkumných  institucích. \nZískat informace o osvědčených a inspirativních postupech při vytváření a zavádění institucionálních politik za účelem řešení genderově podmíněného násilí. \n\nPro koho je školení určeno?\n\nOsobám\, které mají v instituci na starosti agendu rovnosti. \n\n\nPracovníkům a pracovnicím v oblasti lidských zdrojů. \n\n\nTýmům pro realizaci plánu genderové rovnosti. \n\n\nPracovníkům a pracovnicím v oblasti sociálního bezpečí\, kontaktním osobám a ombudsosobám. \n\n\nOsobám\, které jsou odpovědní za agendu řešení genderově podmíněného násilí. \n\n\nŠkolitelkám a školitelům na téma genderově podmíněného násilí v akademickém prostředí. \n\nŠkolení je určeno především těm\, kteří jsou v počáteční fázi vytváření a zavádění opatření pro řešení genderově podmíněného násilí v akademickém prostředí.  Vzhledem k omezenému počtu míst budou upřednostněny právě osoby z institucí v počátečních fázích vytváření a zavádění opatření pro řešení genderově podmíněného násilí v rámci jejich instituce. Přednost budou mít také osoby ze zemí účastnících se programu Horizont Evropa\, přičemž zvláštní pozornost bude věnována přihlášeným ze „zemí s rozšířenou působností“\, jak je definuje Evropská komise. Děkujeme za pochopení.\n \nPředstavení školitelky:  \nMgr. Eva Oliva vystudovala etnologii na Filozofické fakultě Univerzity Karlovy. Zabývá se především studiem genderových sociálních rolí a konstrukcí maskulinních identit. Pracuje v Národním kontaktním centru – gender a věda při Sociologickém ústavu Akademie věd ČR jako genderová expertka a lektorka. Ve své práci se zaměřuje na institucionální prevenci a řešení genderově podmíněného násilí v akademickém prostředí a na genderové audity ve vysokém školství a výzkumu. Participants will learn basic terminology and statistics and gain an overview of the main EU policy frameworks and priorities for addressing gender-based violence in higher education and research. They will also learn about concrete steps and practices in prevention and response that have already been implemented in other European institutions. \nLearning objectives\n\nGain a common understanding of concepts related to gender-based violence and its impact in academia. \n\n\nDemonstrate the existence of this phenomenon in research and academia \n\n\nPresent the 7P model of UniSAFE (Prevalence\, Prevention\, Protection\, Prosecution\, Provision of services\, Partnerships and Policies) which represents a holistic approach to address gender-based violence in higher education institutions and research organisations. \n\n\nShare inspiring practices for setting up and implementing institutional policies to address gender-based violence in academia adopted by European higher education institutions and research organisations along the 7 Ps. \n\nWho is it for?\n\nGender equality officers/focal points/equality and diversity officers \n\n\nHuman Resources officers \n\n\nOmbudspersons \n\n\nGender Equality Plan team members \n\n\nHealth and safety officers \n\n\nHeads of Department/Unit in charge or involved in policy development on gender-based violence \n\nThe training is addressed to those at the beginning stages of creating and implementing a policy framework to address gender-based violence in academia.  As seats are limited\, priority will be given to individuals at the initial stages of developing and implementing policy to address gender-based violence within their institution and correspond to the profile of participants. Preference will be given to individuals from countries participating in Horizon Europe\, with special consideration for registrants from ‘Widening countries’ as defined by the European Commission. We kindly ask for your understanding as we strive to include a diverse range of participants. \n \nFacilitator\nEva Oliva graduated in Ethnology at the Faculty of Arts\, Charles University. She is mainly interested in the study of gender social roles and the construction of masculine identities. She works at the National Contact Centre – Gender and Science at the Institute of Sociology of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic as a gender expert and lecturer. Her work focuses on institutional prevention and addressing gender-based violence in academic settings and gender audits in higher education and research. DESCRIPTION: \nFormación Introductoria Sobre la Violencia de Género en el Ámbito Académico y el Marco 7P \n\nIdioma de la formación: Español \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				 \nEsta formación explora el tema de la violencia de género en el ámbito académico\, centrándose en el Modelo 7P del proyecto UniSAFE: Prevalencia\, Prevención\, Protección\, Persecución (Sanción)\, Prestación de servicios\, Asociaciones y Políticas. Las personas que participen aprenderán sobre los principales marcos de políticas públicas y prioridades de la UE para abordar la violencia de género en la investigación y el ámbito académico\, obtendrán consejos concretos y se inspirarán en prácticas ya aplicadas en otras instituciones europeas.  \nAnimamos a quienes participen a familiarizarse con las políticas institucionales de sus organizaciones/instituciones.  \nObjetivos de aprendizaje: \n\nAdquirir una comprensión común de los conceptos relacionados con la violencia de género y entender su impacto en el ámbito académico. \nConocer la prevalencia de la violencia de género en el ámbito de la investigación y destacar sus características específicas. \nComprender el modelo de las 7 Ps de UniSAFE (Prevalencia\, Prevención\, Protección\, Persecución\, Prestación de servicios\, Asociaciones y Políticas) que representa un enfoque holístico para abordar la violencia de género en las instituciones de enseñanza superior y las organizaciones de investigación. \nInformarse sobre prácticas inspiradoras para establecer y aplicar políticas institucionales que aborden la violencia de género en el ámbito académico\, que ya han sido adoptadas por instituciones de enseñanza superior y organizaciones de investigación europeas y de los Estados miembros en el marco de las 7 P. \n\n¿A quién va dirigido? \n\nResponsables de igualdad de género\, responsables de igualdad y/o diversidad \nResponsables de recursos humanos \nEquipos de aplicación del plan de igualdad de género \nResponsables de salud y seguridad \nJefes de departamentos/unidades encargados o implicados en la violencia de género \nFormadores sobre el tema de la violencia de género en entornos académicos \n\nLa formación está dirigida a quienes se encuentran en las fases iniciales de creación e implementación de políticas institucionales que aborden la violencia de género en el ámbito académico. Dado que las plazas son limitadas\, se dará prioridad a las personas que se encuentren en las fases iniciales de elaboración y aplicación de una política para hacer frente a la violencia de género en su institución y correspondan al perfil deseado. Se dará preferencia a las personas procedentes de países que participen en Horizon Europe. Rogamos su comprensión\, ya que nos esforzamos por incluir un abanico diverso de participantes.  \nPresentación de las formadoras \nDiana Puerto Michaut es la Facilitadora de la Comunidad de Práctica (CoP) para CEU en el proyecto GenderSAFE\, donde apoya a participantes en el desarrollo y mejora de políticas sobre violencia de género en sus instituciones. Con experiencia en litigación en los ámbitos del derecho de familia\, civil y penal\, aporta conocimientos prácticos a su labor. Diana posee un Máster Conjunto Erasmus Mundus en Estudios de Mujeres y Género (GEMMA) y cuenta con una amplia experiencia en la facilitación de capacitaciones para adultos.  \nAna Brandl trabaja como responsable de Igualdad de Género y Diversidad en la Universidad Centroeuropea (Viena\, Austria) desde 2018. Su principal responsabilidad es el diseño\, la implementación y el seguimiento de los Planes de Igualdad de Género de la CEU. Ha participado en varios proyectos financiados por la UE sobre género en el ámbito de la educación superior y la investigación\, como SUPERA (Supporting the Promotion of Equality in Research and Academia) y Gender Equality Academy\, y actualmente lidera el equipo de la CEU en GenderSAFE. Tiene un máster Erasmus Mundus en Estudios de las Mujeres y de Género (CEU y Universidad de Oviedo\, 2017) y es licenciada en Psicología Clínica (Universidad de Buenos Aires\, 2008).  \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Introductory training on gender-based violence in academia and the 7P framework\n \n \nThis training in Spanish explores the issue of gender-based violence in academia\, focusing on UniSAFE’s 7P model: Prevalence\, Prevention\, Protection\, Prosecution\, Provision of services\, Partnerships\, and Policies. We kindly ask for your understanding as we strive to include a diverse range of participants.  \n  \nIntroducing the trainers\nDiana Puerto Michaut is the Community of Practice Facilitator for Central European University (Vienna\, Austria) in the GenderSAFE Project\, where she supports participants in developing and enhancing gender-based violence policies within their institutions. With a background in litigation across family\, civil\, and criminal law\, she brings practical expertise to her work. Diana holds an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree in Women’s and Gender Studies (CEU & University of Oviedo\, 2023) and has extensive experience facilitating training for adult learners.  \nAna Brandl works as Gender Equality and Diversity Officer at Central European University (Vienna\, Austria) since 2018. Her main responsibility is the design\, implementation and monitoring of CEU’s Gender Equality Plans.
