Suivez nos réseaux sociaux pour plus d’information sur les prochains événements organisés par le projet. \n      \n\n \n[English below]  Cette formation se penche sur la question de la violence basée sur le genre dans le milieu universitaire\, en se concentrant sur le modèle 7P d’UniSAFE : Prévalence\, Prévention\, Protection\, Poursuites\, Prestation de services\, Partenariats et Politiques. Les participant.e.s auront un aperçu des principaux cadres politiques et des priorités de l’UE visant à traiter les violences basées sur le genre dans la recherche et le milieu universitaire\, en obtenant des conseils concrets et en s’inspirant de pratiques déjà mises en œuvre dans d’autres institutions de l’UE.    \n\nNous encourageons les participant .e.s à se familiariser avec les politiques institutionnelles de leur organisation ou institution.   \nObjectifs de la formation : \n\n Acquérir une compréhension commune des concepts liés à la violence fondée sur le genre et comprendre son impact dans le milieu universitaire.\n Chiffrer la prévalence de la violence fondée sur le genre dans le domaine de la recherche et mettre en évidence ses caractéristiques spécifiques.\n Comprendre le modèle des 7P d’UniSAFE (Prévalence\, Prévention\, Protection\, Poursuites\, Prestation de services\, Partenariats et Politiques) qui représente une approche holistique pour lutter contre la violence basée sur le genre dans les établissements d’enseignement supérieur et les organismes de recherche.\n Être informer sur les pratiques inspirantes pour le développement et la mise en œuvre de politiques institutionnelles visant à lutter contre la violence basée sur le genre adoptées par les établissements d’enseignement supérieur et les organismes de recherche européens et des États membres dans le cadre des 7P.\n\nÀ qui s’adresse-t-elle ?  \n\n Chargé.e.s de l’égalité de genre/points focaux\, chargé.e.s de l’égalité et/ou de la diversité\n Personnes en charge des ressources humaines\n Équipes de mise en œuvre du plan d’égalité femmes-hommes\n Personnel dédié à la  santé et la sécurité\n Chef.fe.s de départements/unités en charge ou impliqué.e.s dans la violence basée sur le genre\n rice.s sur le thème de la violence basée sur le genre en milieu universitaire\n\nLa formation s’adresse à ceux et celles qui en sont aux premières étapes de la création et de la mise en œuvre d’un cadre politique pour lutter contre la violence fondée sur le genre dans le milieu universitaire.  Étant donné que les places sont limitées\, la priorité sera accordée aux personnes correspondant à ce profil ainsi qu’aux personnes originaires de pays participant à Horizon Europe\, avec une attention particulière pour les personnes inscrites originaires de « pays en voie d’élargissement » tels que définis par la Commission européenne. Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir faire preuve de compréhension car nous nous efforçons d’inclure un large éventail de participants.  \nPrésentation de la formatrice  \nAnne Laure Humbert\, PhD\, est Professeure en genre et diversité et Directrice du Center for Diversity Policy Research and Practice à Oxford Brookes University. Elle est spécialisée dans le développement de méthodologies et d’indicateurs pour mesurer l’égalité de genre. Elle travaille en particulier à l’application de méthodes quantitatives à l’analyse sociale et économique comparative. Elle a beaucoup écrit sur la violence basée sur le genre en Europe et est membre des projets UniSAFE et GenderSAFE.   \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\nThis training [held in French] explores the issue of gender-based violence in academia\, focusing on UniSAFE’s 7P model: Prevalence\, Prevention\, Protection\, Prosecution\, Provision of services\, Partnerships\, and Policies. Participants will gain insights into the main EU policy frameworks and priorities aimed at addressing gender-based violence in research and academia\, getting concrete advice and inspired by inspiring practices already implemented in other institutions across the EU.   \n\nWe encourage participants to familiarise themselves with the institutional policies of their organisations/institutions. \nLearning objectives:\n\nGain a common understanding of concepts related to gender-based violence and understand its impact in academia.\nLearn about the prevalence of gender-based violence in the research field and highlight its specific characteristics.\nUnderstand the 7 Ps model of UniSAFE (Prevalence\, Prevention\, Protection\, Prosecution\, Provision of services\, Partnerships and Policies) which represents a holistic approach to address gender-based violence in higher education institutions and research organisations.\nGet informed about inspiring practices for setting up and implementing institutional policies to address gender-based violence in academia adopted by European and Member States higher education institutions and research organisations within the framework of the 7 Ps.\n\nWho is it for?  \n\nGender equality officers/focal points\, equality and/or diversity officers\nHuman resources officers\nGender equality plan implementing teams\nHealth and safety officers\nHead of Departments/Units in charge or involved in gender-based violence\nTrainers on the topic of gender-based violence in academic settings\n\nThe training is addressed to those at the beginning stages of creating and implementing a policy framework to address gender-based violence in academia.  As seats are limited\, priority will be given to individuals at the initial stages of developing and implementing policy to address gender-based violence within their institution and correspond to the profile of participants. Preference will be given to individuals from countries participating in Horizon Europe\, with special consideration for registrants from ‘Widening countries’ as defined by the European Commission. We kindly ask for your understanding as we strive to include a diverse range of participants. \nIntroducing the trainer\nAnne Laure Humbert\, PhD\, is Professor of Gender and Diversity and Director of the Centre for Diversity Policy Research and Practice at Oxford Brookes University. She specialises in the development of methodologies and indicators to measure gender equality. In particular\, she works on the application of quantitative methods to comparative social and economic analysis.
